DRONE RATES

Standard - $300

• 25 photos of property shot from all angles

• A full 360° aerial video of the home

• Editing to enhance photos - i.e. make grass more green or pool more blue

• Same editing treatment for video

• Option upon request: Image of immediate neighborhood with surrounding homes rendered in black and white, and the home for sale left in color.

Deluxe - $400

• Everything in the Standard package

• 15 additional seller-requested photos - i.e. please zoom in on pool or please highlight local amenity

• Dronie video - A “wow factor” clip that starts close to the home and zooms out to slowly reveal property features, surrounding land, and immediate neighborhood. 

• Basic spot treatment editing for photos - i.e. removal of trash bins on the side of a property.

• Street names and compass rose added to photos.

Prime - $550

• Everything in the Standard and Deluxe packages

• Approx. 2 minute video reel set to requested musical genre professionally edited using Adobe Premiere. Local amenities can be featured upon request. 

• Major edits to photos and video - i.e. removing cars and people from photos, eye sores on neighbor's properties, etc.

NON-AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY RATES

Traditional, on-the-ground photos can be added to any project and will include images of all rooms, images of the main amenities of home and property, as well as spot editing. The pricing is as follows: 

• An additional $200 for the Standard package

• $150 for Deluxe

• $150 for Prime
